Our foods are better than gourmet foods because they are hand made by
a real human. We make soups, deserts and breads, comfort foods
and offer them to you or as gifts to your good friends, all selected
and created from the regions and seasons of North American food at its
best--come on in and experience our treasures, your pleasures.
When you check out our Dinner Menu you
can see how we explore each season for its fresh ingredients, special
flavors and its special foods for healthy eating. This is one way we
are different than other food webs and their gourmet foods.
Our chef, Herb Dreyer, creates a limited menu of dinners for Monday
Night each month during the school year.
