( Like our Swiss steak, another of our classic takes on an all-time favorite—we use all natural ingredients.  This is a slow cooked family favorite, good for a hearty dinner.)

(I look forward to cooking this meal each year.  The recipe has taught me a lot about wild rice--and our country--and I hope you try it just because of this truly American vegetable treat, expensive treat.)
